TOPIC:
The ACEs study is widely used by psychologists and social workers because it investigates the relationship between childhood trauma and later-life health and well-being. The data suggests that many decisions are not created equally and will assist attorneys in achieving a more trauma-informed approach to help us understand our clients and litigants more completely.
The themes of the program will illustrate how practitioners can engage in culturally competent representation infused with respect, compassion, and understanding of diversity and inclusion, consistent with RPC 8.4(g).
